ABOUT NATE
Nate Huot has quickly made a name for himself in the Twin Cities area as one of the up and coming names in the athletic performance space.
Outside of working with Catalyst, Nate is a performance coach with LifeTime, where he works with many of the top high school and college athletes in the Twin Cities.
Nate grew up in Dawson, MN and went on to play both football and basketball at Southwest Minnesota State in Marshall, Minnesota. Nate is known as one of the top Division II wide receivers in recently memory, finishing on top of SMSU's record book with 269 catches, 3,304 receiving yards and 30 touchdowns.
